Nick and Brion interviews will be first few episodes
This week, we will be recording our new episodes. Brion will interview Nick, and then Nick will interview Brion.
We will likely include a short intro podcast explaining what we intend to do, why we are doing this, and what you can expect.
The 3rd or 4th episode will be interviews with our teammates and other past Hawkeye football players. We’ll have a mix of well-known names and lesser known people (unless you’re a die-hard fan).

Former punter Nick Gallery and former kicker Brion Hurley interview past Iowa Hawkeye football players, coaches and staff to learn about their experiences and favorite stories.
Brion and Nick interview former Iowa linbacker Brad Quast. He was a highly-recruited player out of Illinois, and said Barry Alvarez was the reason he decided on Iowa. He was drafted in the NFL, but couldn’t stay healthy. He’s also suffering from CTE after years of playing football. He’s now advocating to have former players have their brains donated to research CTE.
We asked Brad about his multi-sport high school career, his favorite memories at Iowa, and his views on the new landscape in college football.
